This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders from Quantumarium [www.quantumarium.com]. Please review it before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide via registered mail with tracking, except to the following excluded countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Venezuela, Yemen.
  • We reserve the right to update this list or refuse shipment to any destination at our discretion.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • All shipments include tracking and are sent from our location in Vienna, Austria.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Austria: €4.90 (2-3 business days)
    • EU: €7.90 (4-10 business days)
    • Rest of World: €11.90 (7-15 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping to all regions.
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing (see Section 3). Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.

4. Customs and Duties

  • For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at:
