These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our Website by consumers and businesses worldwide, except for excluded countries listed in Section 4. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the Website.

3. Products

We offer imitation jewelry made from non-precious materials (e.g., no gold, silver, gems, or precious stones). Product descriptions and images are provided for illustration and may slightly vary from the delivered item due to the nature of imitation jewelry.

4. Ordering and Shipping

4.1. Order Process

• Orders are placed via our Website. By completing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept by sending an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipment to excluded countries.

4.2. Shipping

• We ship worldwide via registered mail with tracking, except to excluded countries (see below).
• Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:
  • Austria: €4.90 (2-3 business days)
  • EU: €7.90 (4-10 business days)
  • Rest of World: €11.90 (7-15 business days)
  • Free shipping on orders over €60 (all regions).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4.3. Excluded Countries

We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Venezuela, Yemen. We reserve the right to update this list at our discretion.

5. Prices and Payment

• Prices are in Euros (€) and include Austrian VAT (20%) where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless free shipping applies.
• Payment options: Credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (subject to availability). No bank transfers or cash on delivery.
• Payment is due upon order placement. We retain ownership of goods until full payment is received.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

6.1. 14-Day Return Period

• EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g., email to [insert email]) before the 14-day period expires, and return the goods within 14 days of your notification.

6.2. Return Process

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Goods must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding original shipping costs.

6.3. Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranty

• We provide a 2-year statutory warranty for defects present at the time of delivery, as required by Austrian law (§§ 922-933b ABGB).
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes normal wear, tear, or damage due to misuse.
• For the first 6 months, we must prove the defect was not present at delivery. After 6 months, you must prove it was.
• If a defect is covered, you may choose between replacement or a refund (not both). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)
